The Process

Logo Design Process

After we have processed your payment, our designers will contact you via email during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm East Coast Time).
Our designers collect information on your goals, style ideas, inspiration and your design needs. In order to keep the revisions within our project scope, please give as much detail as possible and also include examples of designs you like (this can be photos from the web, magazines, existing cards etc). The more inspiration you can give, the better for our designers!
Our designers work by email communication only, as this helps us keep track and reference of your order throughout the process. A written trail of communication prevents miscommunication.
Please allow 1-2 full weeks for our logo design services (first logo concepts usually provided with 5 days). We begin the business card design after logo design has been finalised and approved.
Please check all spelling and numbers! The client is responsible for ensuring spelling and numbers are correct on the proof.
Once design has been finalised, we will contact you to make payment on the final balance of your printing order and shipping. After approval, print production will begin.
Design fees are not refundable. Revisions must be within the scope. Extra revisions attract fees.
